Managing entry, checking visitors and maintaining records in accordance with the provider’s procedures.

Support with Building Procedures
Explaining expectations and encouraging cooperation with shared rules, balancing understanding with clear, consistent boundaries.
Calm Incident Response
Helping defuse difficult situations and following agreed escalation procedures involving managers, specialist staff or emergency services.
Welfare and Safeguarding Reporting
Recognising concerns and promptly reporting them to designated staff, with agreed checks carried out within the responsibilities of the role.
Clear Records and Handovers
Recording incidents, observations and outstanding actions so managers and incoming staff have the information they need.
Staff Cover and Continuity
Providing suitable personnel for agreed security and practical support duties during absences or periods of additional demand.
